Sukiya is a Gyudon (beef bowl) fast food chain. Very convenient and easy to use as a tourist with limited Japanese.

Seat yourself, order from a tablet at your seat or table. You'll get a free ice tea. When your food arrives it will have a receipt. Once you've finished eating take the receipt to a till and catch a staff member's attention with a quick "sumimasen" and pay....

Great place.. I want to Japan for a week on vacation with some friends.. and we lovingly came to call this place the "Japanese waffle House"...
