very unique tastes n techniques for sushi. the matching hvnt seen before n still taste great! jalapeño n red snapper! just wow! they were very friendly n great services. not too quiet during meals so ppl chat n chef also chat, and friendly atmosphere. i usually couldnt eat a lot but had all dishes on the omakase course n even extra sushi and desert!

Very hard to take reservations n alcohol will be additional charged from course price but worth to pay n try!

Only confusion for first time customers would be needed to wait outside until staff comes out to call customers to get in.

reserved 20:30 one n was a great choice as we ordered extra 2 rounds n left the restaurant around midnight… earlier reservations wont b enough for us. Matsutake and unagi were stunning… all sushi were just amazing!

very good sushi restaurant. will come...

In all my experience in Japan I have always thought the value proposition of high end sushi was always a little outrageous. I never could grasp by sushi shops could get away with charging 20,000 to 35,000 yen per person. I always appreciate each restaurant’s unique blend and attempt to match the Shari (rice seasoning flavor) to every piece as well as individual pieces of sushi having different rice temperature. But still couldn’t justify the high cost.

However sushisho saitou showed me that high end sushi could have creativity! More so than just a sushiya sushisho saitou has a lot of tsumami (non sushi dishes) brimming with intense flavors and combinations.

I highly recommend it and despite the high cost if you can score a reservation...
