The tofu itself isn't as smooth and soft as the better ones in Taiwan, or perhaps in other Asian countries that specialise in this dessert, but it's still very good for Tokyo. However, the choice of combinations is what completes the dessert and it's overall worth going to for a taste of a different, light but comforting dessert, or familiar flavours.
