今回のご褒美グルメは焼肉 ひさしぶりの女子会、よるごはんにきたよ〜!
焼き肉屋さんっぽくないと感じたのは、 なんでだろう?
高級感?とても綺麗でレストランみたい️
店員さんとお話してたら、 煙でもくもくしてないからかも、と気づきました。煙の匂いを気にしなくていいのは嬉しいね
今回いただいた「みやび」さんのお肉は、指定飼育したA5ランクの黒毛和牛を一頭買いしたものの部位をそのまま提供しているコース
どのお肉もサシがすごくて、霜降りに見えますビジュアルが強すぎる、豪華で嬉しくて2人してテンション上がる〜❣️
ひとつひとつのお肉と向き合って食べましたよ✨
私たち1番お気に入りはヒレ肉、バランスが良くて最高だ❤️
「カタバラ×おろし」の組み合わせも好きだったな、少しゆずの香りがして風味が合わさって、よりお肉を美味しくしてくれる〜✨✨
あと「かめのこ」も好みでした そして、たまごスープが優しくてめっちゃ美味しい。もっともっと欲しかった
最後のデザートはジェラート メニューから選べます。 ホワイトクリーム、ラムレーズン、バニラ、いちごミルク、チョコチップ、山形ぶどうです。
私はラムレーズンにしましたが、最後に口がさっぱりしていい〆になりました。

Today's reward gourmet is yakiniku It's been a while since we last had a girls' night out, so we came for dinner!
I wonder why it doesn't feel like a yakiniku restaurant?
A sense of luxury? It's very clean and looks like a restaurant️
When I was talking to the staff, I realized that it might be because it's not cloudy with smoke. It's called lava grilling. It's nice not to have to worry about the smell of smoke
The meat we had from "Miyabi" this time was a course where they bought a whole A5 rank Japanese black beef cow that was raised under a specific system and served the parts as they were
All the meat had a lot of marbling and looked like marbled meatThe visuals were so strong, it was luxurious and we were both so excited❣️
We ate each piece of meat face to face✨
Our favorite was the fillet, it was well balanced and the best❤️
I also liked the combination of "katabara x oroshi", it had a slight yuzu scent and the flavors combined made the meat even more delicious.
I also liked the "kamenoko" And the egg soup was gentle and super delicious. I wanted more
The last dessert was gelato You can choose from the menu. White cream, rum raisin, vanilla, strawberry milk, chocolate chip, Yamagata grape.
I chose rum raisins, which left my mouth feeling refreshed at the end, making for a great finale.
I'd like to visit this restaurant again

Read more11/10! It was our favorite meal while in Tokyo. We arrived for our reservation a little early and we're the first ones there. There was a little confusion because apparently the package we booked online didn't actually exist which was weird but we got it all sorted. I'm gluten free and worked with our server, Komake, and he was an absolute gem! He understood and explained I couldn't do the sauces and could do salt on my meat and everything else would be ok. It was so cool to try different cuts of meat, I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs because it was a lot of delicious meat! They even gave us a little dessert to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hands down our favorite meal while we were there, and it's all thanks to our server Komake! We will be back next time in Tokyo for sure!!
I think my favorites were the sirloin, and the Kate but everything was delicious, maybe one or two less...
Read moreWe booked a reservation online for their A5 wagyu course, but the restaurant was not at capacity when we arrived so perhaps not needed. The food was EXCELLENT and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. My partner is a steak enthusiast and very much enjoyed cooking the meat himself, and menus provide detailed instructions in Japanese and English to bring out optimal flavour in the meat. There is also a sheet explaining every cut of meat and what to expect with each bite.
The meal course came with a delicious salad, cold meat appetizer, kimchi (not spicy nor vinegary but oh well), a hot egg drop soup, and ice cream dessert. We were stuffed at the end of the meal! Will definitely return for a premium wagyu dinner at an extremely...
