Brasserie Va-tout — Restaurant in Tokyo

A rare find, outdoor seating in Tokyo! A reasonable menu, tried the lasagne which was tasty and a decent serving. Sadly no vino to accompany thanks to the SoE request not to serve alcohol. Bit annoying but it is what it is. Would have been a 5th star but the service was a little slow and forgetful, and not just me. I saw a few other patrons have to get up to request items, and even though I was offered more bread not only did it not arrive, when the waiter realised it and rushed off again he still didn't bring it. And I would have ordered a dessert but again the service.... will go back again and see if it...

Excellent presentation of lunch lasagna but lacked flavor. Not enough salt. Maybe the chef has become over sensitive to Japanese saying his food is salty but now there’s almost zero flavor in the meal. Disappointing compared to last year. I don’t need a need to come back given the lack of confidence in the original recipe which was excellent. I suggest the chef go back to the original MUCH MORE FLAVORFUL recipe and ignore negative reviews from people who can’t...

【ブラッセリー・ヴァトゥ】 【港区六本木】 土曜日の12時30分過ぎに訪問。 東京メトロ日比谷線六本木駅から徒歩約６分。 オレンジのひさしがかかったいかにも「フランスのお店」という感じ。 ここのお店はきっと「老舗」でしょう。店内に入ればわかるし、ふらっと来てる常連さんが何人もいます。 ぼくが入って満席。ギリギリセーフで良かった(^_^ゞ この「激動の六本木のど真ん中」できっと何十年も生き抜いてくるには相当な「実力」がないとお店が成り立たないはず。

【LUNCH MENU　パン・ミニサラダ付き】 【ヴァトゥ風ラザニア】税込み1,300円 &ドリンクセット300円&デザートセット500円

《ラザニア》 こ、これは噂通りボリューミー🎵 しかし、この挽き肉の量❗一番下の層まで挽き肉を敷き詰めてる感じ。もちろん、ラザニアの皮も(5層くらい)美味しいんだけど、この挽き肉な量がすごい。 「挽肉料理を食べてる」感覚。 お肉をこんなにも使ってくれて大出血サービスのお店に深く感謝🙇 ❇️挽き肉の量とラザニアで胃には結構くるので、かなり少食の人はご留意を。 ニンジンにビネガーがよく効いたサラダやフランスパンもGOOD。

《グレープフルーツジュース》 果汁のたくさん入って飲みやすいドリンク。

《🍒チェリータルト》 リンゴ→チェリーに変更。 タルトもまたまたボリューミー。これで500円でいいのかなという感じの美味しさとボリューム。 下のタルト生地はかなり硬めに作ってあるけど、中のケーキはしっとり。

・店内は約45席&テラス席は25。はっきり見えないけど、奥では別に貸し切りパーティーをしてました。

・男子対女子は40対60。年齢は40代～と若干高め。お金持ちの人が多そう。

ごちそうさまでした。これはコスパ最高ですね。六本木の一等地。週末のランチが1000円台前半ならば、みんな来るでしょう。 また来ますね。 2023.1.28撮影。
