It was a really terrible experience from this restaurant,we actually came again due to the food is not bad and also just nearby the hotel. However,we did not be informed in advance before the ordering process,so it was truly bad, when I have to reply an emergency messages in writing,a staff told me directly with mean voice ,said the restaurant was going to close the door soon, push us have to finish the dish soon, and also start to clean the restaurant at 7:50pm even there were 4 gusts still enjoying their meals. Not to mention, their three staff have no any smiles or apologies, when the guests be wet by the leakages through the air conditioner above the tables. There are actually a lot of choices around that area, and we have observed this restaurant just attracts few guests to come ,I felt wired ,’cause the food is not bad,I now realized, why it is not popular since the staff wanna get off the work soon ,so they destroyed the atmosphere on purpose ,have no smile and not hospitality, even forcing guests to leave...

The thing to know is that you don't actually get much unagi in the ramen itself, just as small bite of it so it's worth getting the extra small unagi don to add on if you want to try more of the eel.
Note: first seating begins at 11am and if you wanted to minimize waiting, you could try arriving at least as early as 10:30am. But we arrived at 11am and our wait as close to an hour. By the time we left, the line was even longer (so I'd guess it'd be over an hour for folks...
Read moreAbsolutely one of the finest and most unique ramen experiences possible. Not only are the noodles handmade in Tokyo, but the unagi (eels) are farm raised, using only natural ingredients. The bone broth is exceptionally refined in flavor, not too fatty not too salty, but with a great amount of UMAMI!
The service is exceptional, the staff are attentive and polite. The restaurant and interior design are absolutely perfect and are complemented by an interesting fusion of jazz music and Japanese traditional theater dialogue.
It’s relaxing. The food is amazing- they have an easy to order electronic (cashless only!) system that’s in Japanese and English.
Highly...
