Here’s the Tokyo gourmet hack. If you want to have really nice meal - find the place with limited menu … like this place. They only offer Tuna Bowls!!!

In the food court, probably the fastest shop. I ordered 2500 yen tuna bowl ($18?) which would probably cost $50 in LA .. if they could find the same quality of tuna.

Miso soup was at perfect temperature - to go with Tuna

I must say, it came with the best sushi rice, shiny sweet...
