ປະຊານິຍົມ — Restaurant in Luang Prabang

This is not the first shop that I have got overcharged in Laung Phrabang. This restaurant used to provide menu with price 1 and a half year ago but nowadays they remove the price so they can take advantage of tourists who do not ask the price before order. Beware! Before you order, make sure to ask their price first so you would not get overcharged like me. I felt betrayed because I even speak their language and asked the price of porridge in advance which costed 25,000 kip. However, my girlfriend later ordered Pho which this one I didn't know the price. The lady charged me 85,000 kip in total. Later I checked in Google map review and knew that the Pho price is not suppose to be this expensive so I went back to ask how much is the Pho. Turns out the Pho is 45,000 kip instead of 60,000 kip (they overcharged me a bit but it's not the point) the point is they are dishonest and would ready to take advantage of you if you are not thorough. I asked them to return my money that they overcharged which was 15,000 kip but the lady only returned 10,000 kip with anger in her face. The service is bad, no friendly face or welcome vibes. The table are quite dirty because they don't clean it during each customers. A lot of flies and trashes on the floor. The view is good as it's overlooked the Mekong river.

I felt bad that this happen to me even though I speak to them in their language. Very bad experience in Luang Phrabang....
