A Little Hidden Treasure on the 4th Floor of Riga’s Old Town
Burzma isn’t just a food hall, it’s a celebration of taste, style, and that special kind of Riga energy you can’t quite explain, only feel.
Tucked away on the top floor of Galerija Centrs, right in the heart of Old Riga, Burzma is where I always send tourists who can’t decide what they’re craving. Why? Because here, you don’t have to choose. Sushi, tacos, pizza from a real wood-fired oven, khachapuri, cocktails, coffee, and desserts that look like they belong in a museum, it’s all in one beautifully designed, buzzing space.
Whenever I do tours, Burzma is a must-stop on the list. It’s perfect not just for food, but for the whole experience: cozy yet modern interiors, great rooftop views, and events that breathe life into every visit.
But what I especially love is how easy everything feels. Whether you want a good cocktail or just need to grab something from the supermarket downstairs, or even pick up a last-minute Latvian souvenir, you’ve got it all in one place. It’s stylish, welcoming, and always buzzing with a feel-good vibe.
If you’re in Riga and want a taste of everything, quite literally, Burzma is the place to be. It’s where flavors, cultures, and...

Who it’s good for Perfect for young people: order something, hang out for a few hours, maybe try another dish, and enjoy the time. Also good for a quick snack before heading off. But for anyone craving calm, high-quality dining, this...

Went to clarify, obviously "it will be in 5 more minutes". It was obvious they just forgot. 3 - recieved my order , to understand that it wasnt what i've ordered. Went back , the only option "we can make a new one". HELL NO im gonna wait another 30 minutes. 4 - food quality wasnt bad , but either wasnt perfect. Egg noodles was suspiciously similar to spaghetti. Sweat-Sour sauce was more like Sour-Sour.
