Sushi Express — Restaurant in Vilnius

Worst service ever. Tonight me and my partner at 21.14 came to order Mini Party sushi set made out of 32 peaces which is essentially 4 rolls cut into 8 peaces. Sushi express closes 10pm. When we entered the place the chef told us he doesn't want to make this set because no ones pays him after 10pm. We asked why he thinks he needs to work after 10pm since its 45min till restaurant closes? He told us it will take more than 45 min to make the set.

We left to the other sushi express restaurant, which is 10min away. We entered 21.30 and we ordered the same set. We got the food in 10min. And food was good. What happened to sushi express chef at 20 July...

Worst experience at this place. Came in for lunch on a Monday and basically was refused all orders by the young staff, all 5 of them. Apparently it takes one hour for all orders, we tried to chose 3 different selections on the menu and was told all orders takes one hour, even for 10 pieces of sushi. The restaurant needs new management because customers should never feel like they have been denied service, and no customer should have to wait 1 hour for food especially for a place that's called "sushi express". This was our second visit to this restaurant, but...

I didn’t know there was a ‘fast food restaurant’ for sushi, now I’ve found one. As you might expect the food is great value for money, they pack the food really good if you want to take it out. Staff was friendly and the wait was not too long. There is not a lof of seating inside though, but I guess most people only come here to order and take their food...
