Secret Recipe Warisan Square — Restaurant in Borneo

Went to this outlet today for brekkie. Asked the staff (ordertaker) whether their plugs are all okay before ordering and if I can use them to charge my laptop as I need to settle some urgent things online. She replied 'yes all are useable' so I happily placed an order. However, none of the plugs are functioning the moment I tried, so I approached them at the counter, unfortunately nobody even bother to check, even the supervisor. He kept saying "other customers always used them". So, I asked 2 times, "in that case, would you mind to check them here with me, as there's still no power?" The supervisor insist "other customers usually used them" but didn't do anything!! I am truly disappointed with the way they responded so I cancelled my order. The ordertaker replied "you can't cancel your order now because we have punched it in the system". To me, their customer service doesn't represent their image and prices they are charging so I left the restaurant immediately. Hopefully other people won't get...

I ordered a chicken cordon bleu today but was bitterly disappointed when it arrived at my table, the middle was still uncooked and even slightly frozen. The duty manager explained that the chef microwaves it from the freezer before cooking, not the best practice. She was very apologetic over the incident but as I pointed out it is the chef that should apologise not the manager. She did give me another meal (cooked correctly) and also a ten ringgit discount. I order the foods it was okay, the service also fine and the atmosphere was fine like usual not alot customer… THE PROBLEM IS the CAKE cost me RM150 but it taste like RM50 🙂‍↔️ it doesnt taste that good and also the chicken so OILY, so disappointed with the food actually, what a price like that shud be same like the taste..
