Under the cloud cafe — Restaurant in Borneo

my friend and i went to this cafe last night and i must say we were extremely disappointed with the service, particularly the preparation time for our order. we arrived at 6:20 pm, placed our order, and patiently waited for a full hour until 7:20 pm. after asking the workers multiple times to remind them, our order still hadn’t arrived. We ultimately decided to cancel it. to add on, when we arrived, the cafe was completely empty and other customers who arrived after us received their food well before we did. it was so disappointing. this was far from a pleasent experience we thought it would be. sudahlah time ni kami lapar sangat, boleh pula order tidak jalan ah. and not even a proper apology. please improve your...

We went here after our graduation rehearsal to get some food. The atmosphere here resembles that of a modern fairytale style cafe and it's very nice. The staff are very attentive, nice and sweet. The service was also ethereal. The food and drinks were simply ambrosia. The chef is very sweet, he brought us complimentary meringues; he even gave us another dessert to congratulate us on our graduation. 10/10 would definitely go here again and totally recommend...
