M Centro @ Gaya Street City Centre by Sunset Seaview Vacation Condos — Hotel in Borneo

If you are looking for an affordable accomodation and don't mind relaxing on dirty and smelly sofa, floor and bed. Go ahead. But if you care about cleaniness, better upgrade to a hotel. This accomodation is run by private management. No reception. Keys room boxes are outside and unlocked (at least that's what we experienced). We had to wait 3x cleaning upon our arrival. From last guest wasn't cleaned up when we came. Second time was also not clean. So they sent the cleaning staff back. We were tired from long trip and had to go outside, waiting for 2h.

At least, sea and airplane view was amazing. Admin was fortunately fast response. Thought, it was tiring to keep asking for towels.

Please take care of the cleaniness, especially on the sofa, balcony floor and bed, for making guests experience...

1 bedroom apartment with balcony. The unit was amazing and the direction given by the owner was informative. Walking distance about 10mins to Suria Mall , with nearby eateriesDownside was no designated parking available, have to wait after 5pm to get the Free public parking, but at your own risk. Water pressure was superb, wifi speed was amazing, NO house keeping service even they have the PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM BUTTON at the front door. Comfortable and spacious unit for affordable price. Owner gives clear instructions on receiving and returning key. Location is strategic with Gaya Street just behind the hotel. Lots of kopitiam within walking distance so food is never a problem. Suria Sabah is nearby for shopping. However parking is abit difficult especially during working hours on weekdays.
