I thought this is just like other hotels that I stayed before but this is not a hotel at all, It’s more like airbnb/homestay. This place is located in the city centre so easy access to the city. It has seaview or city view. I find It's quite confusing during check-in period. Since we are not familiar with the place, it’s confusing on which elevator should we use, which floor is the park and pool, sadly the host didn’t explain on this kind of details. Furthermore, since it's a self check in /out service process,the key& parking card is at level 32, in the mailbox area, so we need to go there by ourselves and take photo of the key for the host verification. The service lift that i use to go to lvl32 is very scary and dirty. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe to use the lift. Funny story, during check in, we got into the wrong lift and thought that we need to use the same lift that we use for obtaining keys, we ended up carry all our luggages and walk all the way to the service lift😂. Luckily We notice we took the wrong lift the next day, so during check out we didn’t have problems on carrying luggages. There are 4 lifts available, but only 2 are working at the moment, so we need to wait a few minutes to get into the lift. The units are not big as I expected,they renovate the units to have an extra room.The design is beautiful but the floor is dusty. There's 1 shared bathroom, a small kitchen with cooking utensils,Fridge, induction cooker and kettle. The induction cooker took a long time to heat up. Towels are provided, the soap are not labelled, dispose chamber is available in every floor beside the lift area. car park access card is available for rent RM15 per day but not parking slot. I think it’s suitable if you are looking for a place that you can enjoy your time cooking and relaxing, but for me, i don't think I want to come here again. There are better...

First and foremost, this is not a hotel. People are doing airbnb and homestay here. There are different managements of the homestay. It's a hassle during check-in and check-out period. Since it's a self-service process, you have to go to level 32 to the mailbox area to obtain the key and access card to your unit. Level G is the lobby, small space. Then Level P1 until P6 are parking. Level 7 and above are the apartment units. There are 4 lifts available, but it can not accommodate the huge number of people coming in and out of the building. The waiting time is ridiculous, almost half an hour to get into the lift. It the end, I decided not to go out at all after I entered the house.

I've stayed here several times, and the apartment units are not big as it's a studio unit. However, they renovate the units to have an extra room. Hence, it could accommodate for 4 - 5 pax. There's 1 shared bathroom, a small kitchen with basic cooking appliances and utensils. Fridge, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, and rice cooker. No washer or dryer provided, but there's a few laundromat around the building. Towels provided.

Swimming pool and garden area still not accessible to any guess/public due to incomplete situation. Location wise is good for those love to hangout around city area. Parking space is very tight. During night hours it will be full. Top floor is just an empty space for now. (Room situation is just basic cleanliness is consider poor.
