Monster chicken — Restaurant in Borneo

The food overall is delicious and the chicken portion very satisfying, but the order was slow. I don't want to blame the staff because I saw only one person working 😔 she's taking order also cooking and cleaning the tables. Management, why let your staff do all this alone? When i visited, it was very busy, many customers had to take their own orders at the kiosk. PLEASE ADD MORE STAFF. This isn't the first time I've eaten here several times I've seen only one 1/2 staff working. Sometimes the opening staff is the same as the night shift 😭 I feel sorry for your staff doing everything without backup! Also , when i was there one male staff went down and CAME BACUK UP ⬆️ WITHOUT HELPING THE STAFF WHO WAS DOING ALL THE WORK.The one doing everything was a female staff. WOW management, please thinking about this. Under the occupational Safety and Health Act (ACT 514) employers must ensure the safety, health, and welfare of their own workers, and neglecting to provide adequate support or help creates risk like burnout poor work quality.So, management or owner this restaurant, please think about this. Terrible experience at this restaurant. We parked in front of their premises and walked in, planning to dine inside. However, the waiter informed us that we would need to wait 30 minutes before food could be served. Since we had kids who couldn’t wait that long, we decided to leave. To our shock, they instructed security to clamp our car because we didn’t eat at their restaurant. The irony is, we couldn’t dine there because they couldn’t serve food promptly. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I strongly advise against support this restaurant. What they lost not 1 day customer is forever. Never ever in my life...

Dear Owner or Branch Manager ,tonight i came to your outlet at jesselton quay ,im so dissopointed with the service by your cashier..!!!!! Please teach your cashier to serve a guest better and dont think people came to ur outlet “TIDAK BAWA DUIT” ..tu mata jeling2 orang x puas hati .. Guest kamu dtg pg membeli utk makan .. no matter how long we will wait for the chicken !!! Your store not busy and the cashier just playing phone !!!!!!!! So rudeeeeeee !!! Kalau muka cantik tp service kepada customer not good i think ur bisnes will not expand...
