I visited this place twice. The first time, I opted for a 60-minute aromatherapy massage, which was quite enjoyable. I was attended to by a larger lady who was clearly skilled and knew exactly what she was doing.

However, my second visit was a completely different experience. I booked a 120-minute massage, and this time, I was assigned a male masseuse. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst massages I've ever had. By the end of the session, I felt more sore and fatigued than when I started. The masseuse began with excessive pressure, and although I asked him to ease up, he only did so temporarily before gradually increasing the pressure again. His technique was rough and hurried, and he didn’t seem to focus on any specific area, constantly jumping from one part of my body to another. With affordable prices and prime location, Luna Massage is a (relatively) new spa in town.

Atmosphere is calming and the ambience is perfect, although it was ruined at the start because therapists were talking too loudly outside.

Massage was great but service could have been improved if the therapist asked the customer for their preferences, any area they want to focus on etc.

Receptionist was ok, did not really take the initiative to know what type of massage you're looking for, didn't really explain each of the treatments in detail. Again, small details like this can really make a difference in your service.

I treated myself to a birthday celebration trip, but I ended up feeling disappointed. The masseuse didn't trim her nails properly and scratched my skin at certain points. During the foot washing section, she scrubbed my feet and legs too harshly.🥲 It happened on and off, so it was difficult to pinpoint exactly which part made me uncomfortable.
