Jesselton Quay Citypads — Hotel in Borneo

It was an amazing experience with the apartment. A great value deal which really satisfies all of us. Not only is the apartment clean, efficient, and comfortable, it has also a great view of the sea at Kota Kinabalu and spectacular overview of all the city. Location wise, it is located very near to the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal which is a must-go place for island hopping. The apartment provides us with all the necessary equipment we need such as fridge, stove, iron, wifi, aircon ~ simply amazing.

The owner of the apartment was superb, always replying any enquires given by us with fast, clear and concise answers. The owner even puts in extra effort to guide us with a thorough presentation slide, that provides us with very useful information such as the nearest attraction sites around the apartment, any convenience store, and a straightforward video on how to check in to the apartment without...

Pros Fast lift given its quite high dense Fully airconditioned rooms and rooms are clean Can’t find better price than this Food and things can be bought conveniently Nice view ( we got the ones facing the sea)

Cons No other facilities to be utilised Location slightly off from the centre Limited plug points at the unit

This apartment is a.k.a Tower 2 at the Jesselton Quay, and just like Tower 1 has lots of AirB&B or homestay setup. Crowds of tourists were observed at all time. It is however located within walking distance to the jetty, and with many restaurants operating on the ground floor, this place is very convenient.
