Had a meal with my whole family there..first time patron... waiters/waitresses are ok..still have space to improvise

One of my daughter is having her birthday so choose this as the place to be..food are nice. ..portion served are equivalent to the pricing

I told the waiter that I wanna get a cake just a piece for her small celeb and he obliged..after that maybe they were busy small place alot of incoming patrons we were given a table upstairs

We had our meal ..dishes ordered came within the right time..foodwise I am pleased to say it is worth the amount spend..

Only downside I can say ubguys should be more alert in the serving and customers request as I said I wanna order later..only thing is that u have to go down and do the ordering on your own..no menu on the first floor given..no digital menu and the website is having an obselete menu...I ask the chef for an it on the menu and it is not available as he said because this is the old menu and has not been updated..u guys should be ok par maybe this is one of the checklist that u can have for your future biz growth and discussion

Ambience is nice as this is a heritage building..what u see is all the old set up..feels nice..no issue on that..

Maybe next time if u have more staff in the shift running let it be a greeter outside so that u guys can run a smooth process..better have a First timer be a repeated patron don't u guys agree..

I went there with my friends, so we ordered chicken grill with black pepper sauce, bolognese spagetti, table platter and fish n chips.. chicken grill with black pepper sauce : their chicken was perfectly cooked ..the black pepper gravy was perfect as well but the mashed potato wasnt smooth as i always eat them ,got chunk of potato which i dont like it in my mashed potato other than that it was perfect dish. Portion wise the chicken is a bit smaller than other western restaurant.. recommended. Bolognese spagetti: the spagetti al dente.. the sauce is delicious but is a bit oily for my taste.. portion wise, big portion which is good ..recommended. Table platter: the table platter consists of grill lamb, grill chicken thigh, mashed potato, meatballs with black pepper sauce and spagetti aglio olio at the side... the lamb is a bit hard to chew.. the chicken was nice.. the mashed potato as usual not up to my taste..the meatballs tasteless n not juicy.. the spagetti is super tasty , i like the bell pepper inside aglio olio..n the gravy was yummy.. recommendable.. you can even change the lamb with chicken so u get 2 chicken thigh.. n this dish is for 2 pax.. Fish n chips : the fish perfecty cooked other than that nothing special about this dish.. small portion.. not recommended.. Hard to find parking.. friendly staff,they can even give you suggestions , feel free to ask.. small cafe but nice view, cozy enviroment with nice music.. nice place to hang out with friends..and...

I'm not sure if this chicken parmagiana supposed to be this oily. Feels like im eating oil. I was looking to eat Chicken Parmagiana(the chicken chop version) but i didnt realize they removed it and make it pasta. Previously it was so good but im not sure why they removed it.

I should've asked before buying but im pretty sure as a customer service or cashier you should inform that this is not a chicken parmagiana that it used to be so i can change my order.

The customer service was very horrible. When i ask "saya order chicken parmagiana kenapa pasta yang datang ?" and he said "memang kami buat macam tu sekarang" just like that ? how do you expect customer to know if you change your menu without you informing them ? No sorry or no nothing ? macam tu ke layan customer ?

Before this pernah saya datang and sampai around 9:12 PM but guess what di google kedai tulis tutup 11PM but how in the world 9:00 PM IS YOUR LAST ORDER ? and then kami kena halau balik la since dia nak tutup awal sangat kedai tu. Masa tu tengok cashier duduk tak buat apa pun. I dont know i feel like makin hari makin worst experience i get.

It was a good run but i will no longer support this kinda of wester store. Banyak lagi dekat penang ni but this one was my favorite. So yeah 1 star...
