The rudest staff I've ever come across. There was a 2 for 1 deal on for a sub meal (sub, fountain drink & cookie). The first member of staff told us they had no fountain drinks so could have a bottle drink from the fridge. We had our subs made, chose our cookies & drinks and then the 2nd member of staff told us we had to pay extra for the bottle drinks. I explained what the first member of staff said and she told me I was lying! I then told her I didn't want the subs then as was not prepared to pay more than the advertised price. At this point she got her mobile phone out and started videoing me and my children!!!!!!! I was not rude, or abusive throughout my whole interaction with her yet she was incredibly rude and I couldn't believe she actually recorded...

The Chinese lady with the glasses that served us was very rude. She has poor communication skills with customers. Instead of saying "what would you like to have" she said "What you want?". Furthermore, instead of serving the standard one scoop serving, she only put half a scoop. We paid more than what we were supposed to be served. Finally, when we adressed this issue to her saying that she was rude, the least she could be was apologetic, but she sarcastically replied saying" I know". We customers don't only expect good food, but good customer service as well and this person clearly lacks professionalism when it comes to customer service. I just bought oatmeal cookies, i never really care how specific the price are, but i know for cookies, it was around rm 2.65 or something but less than RM 3. I guess the staff just didnt want to open the coins or dont have coins, but she charges me RM 3 as i gave her rm 5, but she gives me balance rm2 but she fold the money and without coins.
