Liquid Valley Retail & Bar — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

We started our day at Cenang Mall and bought snacks like Beryl’s Tiramisu (6.9RM), salted egg fish skin (10.9RM) and cuttlefish (11.9RM). From there, we walked over to Liquid Valley but found that only the retail part of LV opened at 12pm. The bar however, only opened at 3pm.

At 3:30pm, we arrived at Liquid Valley Langkawi. The staff were very friendly and they recognised that we had tried coming to LV earlier in the morning. During this visit, we ordered the LV Long Island (29RM), 330ml Guinness Draught (12RM) and the Chicken Popcorn (25RM). We really enjoy the atmosphere inside Liquid Valley Langkawi. It has that posh feeling, with a full bar, leather bar stools and beautifully designed cocktails. Moreover, at 12RM (or $4 SGD), the Guinness Draft was still considered affordable for a bar with a view. Though a little blocked, Liquid Valley does have views (at an angle) of Cenang Beach.

We recently got back from Langkawi. Decided to visit LV on Friday for Magical Gin promotion, arrived. The lady behind the bar is not really friendly, did not share information when asked and had to be probe further to get answer. We sat at the bar, hoping we could get more information, and we felt otherwise. Nevertheless, we managed to try different gin and experienced it. One of the cocktail that was purchased, isn't that nice. The Guinness also was poured wasn't the right way. the next day, i came back to get my gin bottles, and met Zuri (the retail supervisor), she was very helpful and generous in sharing information which was needed the previous day. She shared a sample of another gin, and was very knowledgeable which i truly appreciate as a customer. And because of Zuri and my experience the 2nd day, i will increase the rating to 4 star...

Lovely bar attached to a liquor store right at Chenang beach area. We were looking for a place to cool off and they had powerful air conditioning + cocktails + excellent service and a FULL bar. There is also open air seating on both sides of the building (beach view and street view)

Made multiple visits over our trip for a cold pint of Guinness (perfectly poured I must add), to take advantage of the corkage system - buy from the liquor store and drink at the bar for a small fee - 50 myr for liquor and no fee for wine.

Also picked up all our quota of duty free booze, the store is clean and well lit and the staff is super helpful.
