I hope this message finds you well. I recently dined at your restaurant for breakfast and wanted to share my experience with you.

Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations, primarily due to the service I received. My party and I were interested in ordering some beef dishes, but we encountered difficulties with the communication from one of your waitstaff. We were told on multiple occasions that beef dishes were not available without a clear explanation. The situation escalated when we sought clarification, and the waiter appeared to be rude and unhelpful, making us feel uncomfortable.

What was particularly disappointing was when the waiter addressed another customer at a neighboring table, essentially ridiculing us for our inquiries. This left a lasting impression of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

As a customer, I believe it's essential to provide feedback when such experiences occur, not to criticize but to help improve the overall dining experience for future patrons. I hope this incident can be addressed to ensure that all guests receive courteous and efficient service during their visits to ABC One Bistro KL sentral Brunch.

Stumbled upon this mamak while looking for parking. There was a long queue.. my heart tells me to follow the crowd. 😁 double parked and in we went. Their choice of food was superb! Everything looks yummy.

Order #1 - rendang like chicken, cabbage, bean sprout, green chilli, ladies finger, SOTONG (4 small pieces) and kuah campur. RM15 for the sotong alone and the rush and dishes RM13.50

Order # 2 - ayam madu, triangle shaped egg, fired bitter gourd, fried fish roe and kuah campur. RM17

All dishes above are tasty, especially liked the fish roe.. very flavourful but the ayam madu was overly sweet for me. Drinks were ok .. nothing to shout about and they don’t serve mangkuk bungkus. What a let down.

Service was one of the worst I’ve seen! Try talking to any of the workers there.. 1 either they don’t understand the language .. or 2 they don’t want to serve 🤷🏻‍♂️ the robot is doing most of the serving. There were 3 types of seating indoor, outdoor and AC. Place was not too hot as it sits right next to LRT station I believe.

Parking is guarded fiercely by an old uncle, just tell him you’re eating at ABC and you’re good to go. Food is great .. but service needs to be improved. The cashier 🤦🏻‍♂️ it’s like I owe him money for 3 generations! Not a good experience but food is great… you’ve been warned. But food is...
