This is my worst experience when I came to MLB today on afteenoon,seeing the young lady and the manager also standing like doing nothing, they not greet me when I came to the shop,the lady standing in front of the shop doing stupidly nothing..doest serve me,doesn't greet,me doesn't say anything to serve me about your brand and your shop,doest explained to me about your material of your shoes either..this is really disappointing, the manager is standing like coconut tree doing nothing, maybe u guys too bored standing in front of the shop..If u want to selling and get more sales please serve customer..this is total embarrassing..!!!!! ..I hope the company takes an action to demonstrate and change your staff,your sales,change your workplace pattern change your manager as well if this didn't take an action it would be total disaster for your shop in the future. How come the staff didn't greet me at all,didn't say good morning to me..didn't serve me your staff just standing there because no sales no customer came in to the shop.!!!!!..this is embarrassing,when your shops didn't have a job to do and your shops no customer came in,the staff just standing...

We noticed a sign stating that a free bear would be given with a purchase of RM700. However, when the sales associate Jermaine clarified with the manager, we were informed that the free gift was only applicable to items sold at normal price. The notice did not mention this condition; it only indicated that the offer was available for a limited time.

We would like to commend Jermaine for her patience and professionalism in explaining that MLB recently updated the terms of this promotion to apply to normal price items only. However, the notice should have been updated to reflect the revised terms. This lack of clarity is misleading and does not align with the standards of transparency expected from MLB management. I purchased a cap yesterday, and the price on the tag was different from what I was charged at the register. When I pointed this out to the staff, they informed me that the price on the tag was a mistake and that the amount I paid was correct.
