🌟 Absolutely Disastrous Experience! NEVER AGAIN! 🌟

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered yesterday food from them via grab , and it was, hands down, the worst dining experience I've ever had.

First off, the prices are astronomically high for what they offer. We’re talking $$$ for dishes that are barely edible. I felt like I was paying for gourmet meals, but got served something straight out of a fast food joint.

The quality of the food was appalling. My salad looked wilted and had a strange smell, and the main course was bland, cold by the time it hit the table, and undercooked. It made me wonder if the chef even knew what they were doing or just decided to take the day off.

Presentation? Don’t even get me started. It looked like someone just slapped everything onto the plate in total darkness. I’ve seen better presentation from a school cafeteria!

To top it all off, I spent the night hugging the toilet because of food poisoning. After googling symptoms and piecing together the timeframe, it became crystal clear that my upset stomach was courtesy of their “specialty” dish. A terrible ending to a miserable evening.

I also ordered Apfelstrudel which never got delivered. Probably it’s better like that anyway!

Save your money and time. There are plenty of other places that actually care about quality and customer satisfaction. This place just...

Firstly the food is alright HOWEVER there were so many flies in the restaurant ; they were HUGE also. We kept swinging our hands rather than enjoying the meal. Secondly, as we cannot finished the food, we have paid the bill, hence ask the waiter to takeaway the leftovers. He said need to charge RM1.50 for the box. We are alright with that, HOWEVER they WRAPPED with aluminium FOIL ONLY without ANY BOX. And insist this is Management Decision to charge us. Whether the MONEY went into the BILL / CASHIER Or the Pocket of the workers; there is totally No receipt of that to us. And we paid RM 400++ and they Still want to Charge us for the FOIL!!!!

Will NEVER GO THIS RESTAURANT with FLIES and TOTALLY CHEATING CUSTOMER FOR TAKEAWAY CHARGES (SAID BOX BUT FOIL)

Had the best time at Bavarian Bierhaus @ Wisma UOA II! 💛 Tucked right in the heart of KL, this spot is a hidden gem for authentic German vibes mixed with Malaysian flair. From juicy pork belly with Guinness BBQ sauce to their hearty sausage platter, every bite hit the spot 🍽️🔥
