I wish to express my dismay and disgust as experienced on 19 Dec22, when I bought a pack of KAMPUNG FRIED RICE from the MEALS STATION food outlet at KL sentral, for the first time. Just took a spoon full but disgustingly had to spit it out and threw the entire packet straight into the dustbin where it belongs. Felt like vomitting..Even now when I think about it, it gives me the goosebumps. It was so horrible indeed. Wasted my money RM 16.85 !!! It was a slump food!!!.

The smell of the food itself threw me off plus it was so so so salty and OMG the chicken was not cooked at all as it was so bloody inside and as though that was not enough to stomach, the vege had stones. It was not washed at all. I will never step into this outlet again ever. They MUST change the cook. We are wondering how the owner of this shop had passed this awful food to be sold to the public! Unable to fanthom how the rest of the food in the menu would taste like.

I would not even rate it as it is not worth any rating at all but forced to give one star just to write this review.

I am writing this review in the hope that the owner of this business re-tastes their own food sold to the innocent public so that it does not tear down ones taste palate in a second...

I have been working in UOA for 7 years. Have been going to Meal Station every alternate day either for breakfast or lunch.

I will like to say that the service especially with the foreign workers have gone from bad to worse. They dont seem to bother about customers. Dont take orders and bring wrong orders.

I actually sat inside the shop today, facing the cashier, the workers just didnt bother to take my order after giving me a order cheet. I waited for more than 10 minutes. They were busy walking around, talking to each other. There were only 4 tables with customers at that point of time.

I just gave them back the order cheet and menu and walked out from the shop. The service sucks and the foreigners think that the shop belongs to them.

Frankly the service sucks. Please do something about your service and have people who can speak...

what i hated about is the service, not the food.

i regret to remind Meals Station that for the umpteenth time today, 7th Jul 2014, your cashier had presumed that Meals Station is entitled to my 5 sen. i know it was not a big amount, but every time when the bill is RM8.05, your cashier will return balance RM1.90 instead of RM1.95 without saying a word! Had your cashier informed upfront, of course we as customers would not mind, but it seems as if it is the practice of your cashier to presume that Meals Station is entitled to 5 sen FOR NOT HAVING SMALL CHANGE. I am very sure this happens to other customers as well. Though it is only 5 sen, it is still taking your customers' money without consent and you know...

This place is walking distance from my office so parking is not an issue but they do have open space car park nearby or alternatively can park in Menara UOA's basement. Their service is slow and they should be more sensitive on which customers came first. Because we came hungry, long waiting for our food some more and suddenly we saw the waiter sent food to other table who came after us. 😤 So we became 'hangry'. Nevertheless received all of our orders. Their food is good but we asked for extra salad and sambal, they pretend to assist, until we asked for the third time, they still did not give us extra. We give up😑 I love their curry mee tho. So maybe, I might come again next time.

This Malaysian-style local restaurant, located in the heart of the city center, has become a go-to spot for nearby office workers seeking a reliable and satisfying meal. It serves a range of breakfast and lunch options that are quite decent in both taste and portion. Despite the fast-paced nature of the area, the restaurant has managed to maintain the same level of food quality since its first day of operation. Prices remain reasonable, making it a practical choice for daily meals. With its consistent taste and no-frills setup, it's a comforting presence for the weekday crowd.
