Burger King @ KL Sentral — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Just start my new job nearby 2 months ago, but had a very unpleasant experience here. As I always know, burgerking do have special promo codes from time to time, so excited when I got the promo codes brochure and can't wait to try them out. 1st day went there I was quite rushing, so I ask to pay at the counter, since only one of the machine is working, but I was push back by the cashier ask me to line up the long queue by using machine to order. Then 2nd time when I try to order, for 1st time all the crispy chicken sold out, ok fine then I go for double whooper. Then I find out in whooper now got no cheese, it's just like having cheeseburger without cheese, later on only I find out if u wanna have cheese u have to top up, but on the burger paper it actually stated, whopper should have cheese inside. So.. Is it me or they don have cheese in whooper for centuries d here in local? As my colleague also tells me whooper got no cheese inside, I was so surprise when he said so. But a lot others say should originally comes with cheese inside. Then the next time I wanna try out other desserts promo codes, the counter tells me no desserts during night hours. And then the next week when I try use promo codes, all is unusable d. Ok nvm, so I tot of go for the set, but then find out al the drinks sold out, when ask the staff they just told me, ohh only burgers available now. I mean come on, u don even have fries? Or u guys just so damn lazy don even bother to prepare? It's freaking 8pm+, should be peak dinner hour. And here your staff go shoo everyone away just like that. Better off just close the shop during dinner hours ya. Now if u ask me go eat there I would rather go for other food...

This burger king sums up my trip to Kula lupa, Malaysia: what a dump that I had the misfortune of visiting. I'll never ever come to this country again.

Spitting on the floor is a national pastime, poor hygiene, water and meals that can knock you for 6. Leave you bed ridden for days. (This is Kula lupa I'm talking about) 3rd world country peddling itself as a modern industrial capital.

Sort out your none existent traffic system, the fact there's barely a bench to sit on once you've bought a coffee and sanitation systems before you build another steel tower at KLCC...

Review: whooper meal was so bad I couldn't finish it. fries tasted like they were made 2 days ago. Complained manager looked suprise; 4mins later another burger and fries combo came out the back tasted exactly the same, took two bites out of the worst burger ever to try to get some worth out of the RM14.50 I've just paid...

Had no choice but to throw the entire meal in the bin. Yes the signage looks familiar but this diffinetly isn't Burger 'King save some RM and find something else.

Unless you enjoy eating cardboard. I was so happy when I left Malaysia. P.S didn't their airline lose an entire plane? Wow a whole plane. How is that...

Friday, Dec 20: Was just at BK KL Sentral for a "welfare check" for a friend of mine whom had a meal here last night before taking off home. He then left BK KL Sentral boarded the train only to realize he forgot his jacket (with a single key and access card inside the pocket). So today I went there to check and managed to speak to the supervisor, guess what lo and behold - he didn't know anything. Found nothing at all neither had any of the staff reported found anything. And I find this is unacceptable and the way they (the supervisor + one crew) responded to my inquiry about the lost jacket was completely unprofessional, in the sense that - hey, I couldn't care less about your jacket!

Oh mind you - before I got here I tried calling the number listed on Google but to no avail. Tell me honestly, what's the point in publishing your number publicly when people you call you up, you leave it the machine?

Frustrating. I truly am.

BK - you definitely can do better than this. But this has actually brought you down to the bottomest level of customer service satisfaction if not a couple more...
