I had a very disappointing experience with this florist. I placed an order for flower delivery, specifying that it needed to arrive between 12-4 PM. However, around noon, they texted me saying they couldn’t find my location, sending a voice message and even a screenshot from Waze. After that, there was no further communication from them.

By 4:22 PM, when I still hadn’t received any updates, I had to personally call them to check on the status. This made me wonder if I hadn’t called, would they have even bothered to resolve the issue? It seems like they had no initiative to follow up or find an alternative solution.

To make matters worse, I checked Lalamove myself while driving, and Lalamove does recognize my location, which means the issue was not with the address itself. I have used this exact same location for flower deliveries before without
