Domino's Malaysia, you are a shame and disgrace to Domino's franchise. I'm shocked, disappointed, disgusted of Domino's Malaysia service and out of words. I am very frustrated and angry at them dur to their worst customer service care I've experienced in my life that includes living in: France, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, Cambodia. I ordered 2 pizzas more than 24 days ago, and after 1:20 mins of placing my order, it got canceled due to kitchen being busy. They canceled my order 10:20pm (after all shops were already closed) so i couldn't place order somewhere else. However, i received a message saying they'll contact me within 24h to assist me with the refund. 10 days later, no one contact me, so I did, and within the call and while i was explaining the case and asking for updates, the call was dropped. I called again, and got another customer service representative and started to explain again the case, and started the process to refund, but the call got dropped again, and no body bothered to call back. I called again after 3 days, they said they had technical server issues and that's why the phone call was keep dropping. They mentioned that they have opened a case and that the refund within 7 working days. 2 and a half weeks later, they still haven't.
I called again, but the customer service line is always busy and no response. Always all customer service representatives are busy or unavailable.
It's not about the amount of money supposed to be refunded. It's a bout customer respect. This is disrespectful, this is a very low standard from Domino's Malaysia, not only causing inconvenient and very upsetting situation when your order get canceled and you can't order from other places, but also to humiliate customers. That's the most brand reputation self-destruction and market share loss practice that any competitor can...
Read moreI ordered my pizza from Dominos Dang Wangi through Grab Apps last night around 9.30 pm. I was really hungry after going back home from work quite late, and expecting to have my meal around 10 pm. Around 9.50 pm, i received a call from Grab/ Domino’s rider telling me that he had passed my order to my neighbour who happened to be by the roadside/ outside when he arrived. By the way the neighbour was not exactly in front of my house and is mentally unwell, and i obviously wouldnt get out of my house and go and get my food from him as it is too great inconvenient for me. When i asked the rider why he didnt call me first before the delivery, he simply claimed that my neighbour said he knows me and thus he passd my food to him. I dont blame my neighbour as they are unwell and dont expect them to pass me the food either. The rider did not even apologize to me and simply and had the audacity asking me back “so macam mana ni”? I immediately hung up the phone as i could no longer contained my anger. At around 11 ish i got a call from Dominos Dang Wangi apoligized of the situation and asking me wether to refund or they replace my meal. And i chose to have my meal as i was hungry. But mind you, it took them 1 hour plus to call me back to mend the situation. When the pizza came, there was no sorry notes or any discount vouchers to state that they are regret of the situation, it was as if nothing happened. To date this was my worst experience ever with Dominos Pizza Dang Wangi.
A simple phone call really could make a lot...

To keep it short and sweet, I ordered a pizza through Grab from this Dominos Branch, an hour and a half passed and nothing, no update in the app, no way to contact them, no way to cancel and get a refund, utterly useless. Luckily I was only a 10 minute walk away from this Dominos, so I did just that.
The staff member took a good minute to look up at me and acknowledge me, I explained the situation and he couldn’t find my order. After me starting to get frustrated, he went over to another computer and finally found my order, I asked why it is taking so ling and he just said it’s busy because of the public holiday, but an hour and a half to make a pizza? I understand it’s busy, but that just isn’t good enough, AND, they hadn’t even started my order yet.
I asked how long it would take for them to make it and he said “another hour and a half”. I simply said, “are you taking the p*?!”. A total of 3 hours to make and deliver a pizza a few minutes down the road. What a joke. The staff here clearly don’t take their job very seriously. If they were too busy to do the orders they shouldn’t be accepting orders from third party apps like Grab or Food Panda.
The management at this place seriously need to rethink how this business runs. Luckily I was able to get a refund quickly from Grab, but I have seen a lot of other people in the reviews not...
