Gosh the service is close to non-existent for a five star hotel's restaurant. Our family gotten a private room for 2 tables for CNY. The waiter is some of the worst I have ever seen. Started off with not filling up our tea cup after being seated more than 15mins as the waiter are no where in the room. Only when we requested, they scramble to get the tea. Apparently I notice 1 or 2 of the waiter actually went to the smoking room and smoke during their service!?

Plate was not change until we requested, even after requested the waiter are so blur they are changing 1 or 2 plate at a time instead of every diners' plate. Once again tea is not refill! Dishes that are done eating was left on the table all night, I guess they see the table are big enough so don't need to clear it?

Obviously I can smell the smoke on their shirt when they refilling tea or changing plate upon request. So fish was serve but only 1 table gotten the portioning service, while 1 table we got to do it ourselves! The waiter are absolutely not attentive at all, they just stone there all the time until we request for something. No proactiveness and attentiveness! The way the waiter handle the plates, you can already tell they are not experience!

Ordered their signature Crispy London duck. Too bad. The taste is a bit not fresh and the skin of the signature Crispy London Duck is NOT CRISPY at all‼️😣

Secondly, their Szechuan Red Chilis chicken is not spicy. The most important thing is not fragrant and your tongue won’t be tingling after eating it. Just a normal fried chicken popcorn with the “decoration” of chilis. So many customers recommended it but I don't think it is the tasty dish we tasted before.

Crispy King Prawn with Wasabi Mayo is tasty in the first dish. We thought we want to end with a nice dish, ordered again this Crispy King Prawn with Wasabi Mayo. Too bad, it made us disappointed. The taste is different from the first dish. Which means they cook inconsistently.

But you can try their Black Truffle Fried Rice with Japanese Scallops. Only this dish and the first dish of Crispy King Prawn with Wasabi Mayo we feel is worth the value we pay.

Last but not least, please always checked the bill when you want to make payment. They charged us extra for the two dishes of Crispy King Prawn with Wasabi Mayo. Anyhow, their manager Danial was acting fast for the refund processing. Thumb up for his service but not...
