First time in Ferria KL .

First impression Place and location - the moment you step into the place, you feel like you’re in somewhere else because of the decor of the place. Love the jungle/nature vibes, what an experience.

Staff - They greet you with such a friendly vibes makes you feel like they know you for long time. Always with a smile on their faces. Service was top notch.

Food - I ordered their chicken burger. It was full of flavour, juicy chicken. I give them 10/10 for the burger. The one suprise me the most is their Zucchini Fries. Never had this dish before anywhere. It was recommended by one of their staff, to be honest, it was AMAZING. Anyone that is going to visit this place , should try this dish. I promise you won’t regret it.

Drinks- Don’t get me started with the drinks, OMG. It was amazing. Shin was an amazing bartender while I was there. Shin makes best cocktails there. Shin will make drinks based on what you like, sweet or sour , alcohol of your choice. Top notch service . 10/10 for the drinks and 10000/10 for Shin. If you ever there, Ask for Shin to make your drinks. Thank you Shin.

Special Mention to CK the Bar Manager of Ferria. Friendly,Always checking up on you if you need anything, professional on his work. Always accommodating during my visit there. He makes the best whisky sour I ever tasted. Usually I don’t like the egg white in my whisky sour, but he proved me wrong. It was the best whisky sour I ever drank. I can’t even ask for a better service than this. CK you are the man. Amazing job. Eddie the Operation manager, is everywhere in the restaurant and bar. Always with a smile on his face. Thanks Eddie.

My plan for that day was to do bar hopping, try different vibes, guess how long I ended up staying at Ferria ? Let me tell you , I reached there around 4PM and I left the place at 11PM. I was there for 7 HOURS , ordering drinks after drinks , heck I even called some of my friend to come hangout with me cause the place is too good for me to keep it to myself . Being accompanied by CK , Shin and Eddy. It was an amazing night because of these people and also the vibes that I get is something that you won’t experience in other bars in KL. I wish I can stay longer and this is not gonna be my last visit . This is the first place I’ll go if I ever in KL again. I even planned with my friend again to come here in the future

I highly recommend for people to come here and experience what I had experienced. You won’t regret it..Trust me.

What an amazing experience and Ferria KL you’ve been...

On June 23rd, I made a reservation for a Facebook messenger, scheduled for July 1st at 8pm for dinner. During the inquiry process, I did receive a response. However, when I mentioned the date and time in my message, I did not receive any further replies from them. Today, on July 1st at 6:35pm, I happened to see a Facebook post from the restaurant saying, 'To the customers arriving today, please be prepared for your reservation.' Oh my God... I checked and realized that I hadn't received their confirmation. There was no phone number provided on their Facebook page, but the post included a mobile number in the description. I directly contacted them via WhatsApp and reserved a spot for tonight at 7:30pm. However, their response was that only outdoor seating was available as the indoor area was fully booked. Honestly, I was quite disappointed, but there was nothing I could do since I had already traveled from Penang. So, I agreed to dine outdoors. They then explained that if there was a cancellation for indoor seating, they would arrange it for us.

And they actually did! Just as we finished ordering our food, they arranged indoor seating for us. It was fantastic!👍 Furthermore, when I finished using the tissues on the table, the server immediately replaced them. My boss thought I had requested it, but I hadn't. It was their proactive service.
