The place looked promising from the outside and as we go inside the ambiance and design had us looking forward to a decent Italian meal. The waiter wanted to have us sit outside but we’ve been walking for hours we’d really appreciate the cool AC. Thankfully he let us in. Another waiter asked a few minutes after we got the menu for our orders. (We just got it and we’re still deciding so we told him.) He suggested some sparkling water or something like that but we thought will just have the service water while we go over the menu. He didn’t seem happy. They got back with an iced water that tasted like tap. We ordered some drinks and appetizers. Cheese sticks were okay, tasted good. The fried chicken was dry and I didn’t like the smell. But we’re hungry so we finished them anyway. I wanted lasagna but it’s not available so got the tagliatelle bolognese instead because menu says they used wagyu beef. Fancy , let’s try it i said. My husband ordered wagyu beef burger. He was so disappointed. He has been bugging me to write a review since yesterday so that people will know what a terrible and disappointing experience he had. I hope this helps. Points: Don’t order wagyu beef burger it’s a waste of money. Tagliatelle bolognese is not yummy. I didn’t even bother to take pictures. Honeydew or any of the fresh juices come as is. It’s freshly-squeezed juice but it might not mean the fruit is fresh. Just saying. Ask them first. None of the waiters asked us how our meals was even after seeing burger 75% not eaten as well as the bolognese. Definitely not...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Terrazza Marini, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the outdoor seating area is incredibly relaxing, surrounded by lush greenery and a modern, stylish setup that makes you feel like you’re in a hidden oasis in the city. The attention to detail in the decor really enhances the overall dining experience, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
The food was great-comfortable for the price. I started with a beautifully presented salad that featured fresh, high-quality ingredients, including perfectly seared tuna and a soft-boiled egg that was just right. The flavors were well-balanced and each bite was a delight. I also tried the nasi lemak, which was a wonderful fusion of local flavors presented with a modern twist—definitely a must-try for anyone visiting.
The bruschetta was another highlight—simple yet bursting with fresh flavors that were complemented by the crisp, perfectly toasted bread. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations.
Overall, Terrazza Marini offers a perfect blend of ambiance, delicious food, and top-notch service. It’s a fantastic spot for lunch. Highly...
