Not the best mcdonald ever. Place is special, their kitchen is at the basement. I went there to purchase a take away dinner meal, I order a mcchicken for take away, place is noisy, in my so many experience in purchasing a mcdonalds, normally they give you a regular or they asked you regular or large. As I said, the place is noisy, I can barely hear what the cashier was asking so I repeat my last order which is 'i want a sundae cone and that's it'. It end up my order was made large... I cant bother to complain about it even though I could have made a scene and ask for a refund however... bcz I paid by card I got a free frozen... So my burger was slow, the person behind me got their order while im still waiting for mine.
Half hour later now my time to eat, went there to queue up again order a rio burger and spicy chicken mcd , place is still same noisy this time I have to specifically ask for regular in case they give me a large again... and I pay using credit card again... guess what? I dont get free frozen? I didnt bother to ask for it because the drinks sucks and it taste like plastic or some faul smell regardless how many times I try it and the outlets that I go to, they all taste bad.

Read moreThis McD branch is pretty chaotic. I wonder if the word fast food is applicable in this branch. Waited for like 25 minutes for a Sausage McMuffin. After I successfully get the Sausage McMuffin and hash brown, it's time to go over to collect my cup of coffee. Where the coffee counter server cleans the same thing over and over, as if no one's there. I excused my way through some customers that choose to just stand there and one particular customer kept staring at the server (the other customers have their luxury time, I don't. I am going to be late for appointment, thanks to the 25 minutes McMuffin preparation time), to ask for my cup of coffee which comes with the breakfast set I ordered. I am sure the server can't read minds and do not want to get into an awkward situation having a staring contest. I was just told to grab any of the pre-prepared coffees on the counter, large, regular, any one, pushing the large coffee to me. I took the courtesy to show my receipt, politely refuse the large cup of coffee which I didn't ordered, else someone will not be happy later when their coffee is missing, and grabbed my regular coffee.

Read moreStill am disappointed with their lack of details in service especially deliveries, in my case. This is not the first time the restaurant has delivered food not according to the orders. Once, they completely forgot the condiments. Unfortunately not once, they swapped different sizes of drinks without proper reasonings, not even bother to call to inform if they were somehow sold out. Yes, I got refunded but I wasn't happy at all. Once, they completely missed the drinks at all. Since these are repetitive mistakes, I truly am disgusted at this lackadaisical behaviour. In the picture, again they failed to include my drinks. Worse thing was, Grab refunded a wrong amount because the food I ordered was a set which should come with at least a Medium drink. Refunding just the upgrade price didn't fairly give me my whole right. Nevertheless, this doesn't make any sense even if the restaurant was busy. Just turn off the delivery platform then if you cannot or unable to deliver proper service, at certain hours. Don't keep maintaining poor service all year long. Give me the rest...
