Our makan adventure this time round took us to Nasi Kahwin Hari-Hari in KL. A lot of positive reviews so we just had to give it a go. Parking may be a challenge so we parked at Fahrenheit 88 Mall as suggested by Waze at RM6.00 per entry on Fridays to Sundays. It was a good four minute walk from the mall. We had to queue when we arrived slightly pass 11:00. Service was good and fast. Since taste is very subjective I will let the pictures do the talking. It was worth the drive all the way from PJ. It was also an experience dining along a small lorong right smack in busy Bukit Bintang. I must say it was clean and orderly for a road side stall. Everybody in queue had to move aside for cars and small trucks to negotiate the small lane. It can get sunny hot so please bring your hat and small portable fan to enjoy the food. The daging masak hitam is highly recommended. It is very good. It is RM9.00 a set of either ayam rose, ayam madu and daging masak hitam. Nice cold syrup is free flowing. I am a nasi-kenduri- fan so my review will definitely be biased. Haha. Love their ayam merah (ayam ros) and ayam madu. Exactly like how i used to eat them when i was younger at most of the malay wedding houses in the northern area, particularly Penang. Went there 2 times to try their black beef (daging hitam) but was not in luck both times. Went there between 2pm-4pm, they advise to come fr 11am-12pm to secure tht dish 😃Apparently that is their star dish. They recommended me to come over on fri-sat as they prepare the kambing masamah which is another legendary dish. Planning to make another trip there for these 2 dishes, soon. I just have a tiny advise to the seller, they may wanna consider a slightly better quality basmathi rice perhaps.
