Update - having yummy prawn noodles here for breakfast while my laundry runs next door. So cool they are playing 80s dance music - Pet Shop Boys (It’s A Sin), Modern Taking (e.g. You’re My Heart, You’re My Soul, Brother Louie), love it, music that wakes you up & puts you in a good mood!

Initial review: 3x Happiness - good taste, fair prices & friendly service, that’s what it means to me after eating here 2-4x a week for the past 6 weeks!

I found this place by accident one evening on a stroll after dinner. It has a homey welcoming feel, so I stopped by to look at the menu. A friendly staff came out to welcome/talk to me, and answered questions I had bout the menu. I later find out it was the manager Saheen who has a well trained team front and back of the house serving up consistently good food from morning til night.

There’s a lot to like on the menu, from clay pot specials to foil wrapped BBQ goodies such as stingray and prawns etc. You often see groups and families come for lunch and dinner. But what I like is that the menu is also great for dinning alone or just 2 people.

In Pudu, if I want nasi lemak, 3x Happiness makes it the best! LOVE the fragrant coconut rice, the sambal is sweet/spicy, and your choice of add-ons are all very well prepared - the sambal udang (shrimp) is spicy with a nice shrimp flavor; the sambal sotong (squid) has a unique flavor different than the sambal udang (my friend said it made him think of Thai flavors); and my other fav is the dry curry chicken (meaty, rich deep flavors). Must try their nasi lemak when you come (though some add-ons run out by late evening sometimes).

Other consistently good items I’ve enjoyed are the prawn mee (great bold shrimp flavor broth), the dried fish fried rice (LOVE how the cook made it non-greasy/oily when I asked for it to be cooked with less oil), the stir fry vegy dishes are delicious, the fresh asam boi drink is refreshing and better than most places. For breakfast, their hot cham is my fav, along with soft boiled eggs and kaya butter toast (you can also get steamed bread too).

Keep up the good work, you’re probably one of my most frequented restaurants in Pudu! Thanks to the chef/cook who actually does what the customer asks (at many restaurants, you ask for less oil or less sweet, and it comes out the same - they ignore you and cook however they want to cook).

There’s air con here, a little diffused since the space is a bit open to the outside air, but if you sit at certain tables, you’ll feel the cool air (there’s also a lot of fans).

The only negative/wish I can think of is if the owner can either enclose the space or somehow move the smoking tables adjacent to the entrances/windows so that cigarette smoke doesn’t come into the restaurant to affect a nice meal (besides affecting customers’ health, especially older folks and...

Service is great, lots of staff Everybody is friendly as well Very clean restaurant and environment Food is the only a little let down I ordered stewed pork wanton noodle(large) which is rm9.9 Noodle portion is big of course but the stewed pork is dry....I mean where is the stew When I ate stewed pork at Thailand, it came wet with the sauce that it's marinated/cooked in But here the meat is dry....not even moist If they can improve on the food quality, this can be a crowd gathering restaurant I mean the restaurant's exterior is very eye catching, inside decor is very nice, staff service is quick and attentive, they even provide tissue paper for customers, price is also acceptable, boss's daughter also cute and manning the counter Everything is there except...

If you're looking for a restaurant that combines a welcoming atmosphere with exceptional service and delectable food, look no further. From the moment you step in, the warm and inviting ambiance sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.

The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure every need is met with a smile. They go above and beyond to ensure that your visit is enjoyable and comfortable.

Now, let's talk about the food – the star of the show. Each dish is crafted with care and bursting with flavor, but the true standout is the seafood porridge. This dish is a symphony of tastes and textures, brimming with an abundance of fresh seafood. Every spoonful is a delightful journey through a sea of...

Atmosphere is good because it is new. Only visited during the day unsure about night. Few things to note. 1. the menu is for illustration. food display might differ from what youre being served. the kitchen may change the ingredients. for example, pork chop noodle on menu can become few pieces of pork cutlets noodles when served. 😂 2. Floor staff needed more training. always keyed in wrong order into the system. 3. Food serving time is odd. for example, bread and egg set. the egg will be served first but the bread will probably take another 15mins. 4. ppl manning the cashier is really laser focus on their job. they never pay attention to whats happening on the floor. 5. Lastly, the price is not competitive given the portion of food.

Friends and I tried the curry noodles, friend rice, toast bread... Curry not like curry, toast bread too little butter, fried rice was just ok, cham was below average. Only good thing here was the atmosphere, cooling... Can visit for a drink and chit chat but not for the food. Edit: In response to the owner's comment whether we had curry noodle on that day, the answer is no, had it about month ago
