Starbucks - KL Sentral — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I have visited this Starbucks several times but every time is disappointing me by their service. Today I ordered a Green Grape Yuzu Frappe. Unfortunately, when I received the drink, I noticed it doesn’t have the yuzu jam I've come to expect from this beverage. Having ordered this drink before, I'm familiar with how it's prepared, and I specifically observed the barista making it. To my surprise, I didn't see any yuzu jam added. You may see from the picture, it’s only water and syrup, where’s the jam?? Melted in the water?

When I brought this up to the manager, they informed me that the yuzu jam was already blended into ice blended, without verifying with the barista . This isn't the first time this has happened, and it appears there might be a discrepancy in how this drink is being prepared.

I would appreciate it if the staff could ensure all ingredients are accurately included...

I asked for a venti iced shaken ADL with an extra shot topped with whipped cream. The "senior" barista taught the "junior" barista how to make the drink, upon "shaking", the senior tried to include whipped cream before shaken. Never, have i ever been to any starbucks branch with this kinda of recipe. And granted they remade my drink, obviously after shaken, it will be frothy, lo and behold, after a few sips, this is the amount of drink i got, first time ever after ordering the same thing over and over again the drink amounted to this much. The coffee despite with an extra shot tasted very watered down. "Bc of the shaken sebab tu frothing", the barista said. I should've known when she asked "shaken?" twice. This is the worst ADL i have ever tasted. Please refrain from ordering this from this branch. Give me my money back. I bought this on Wednesday, between...

RE: Disappointing Experience with Promotional Upsize – Invoice No: SB024R1-0537936

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recurring issue regarding promotional offers at Starbucks Malaysia.

Despite the Terms and Conditions clearly stating that promotional items can be upsized, I was once again informed at the store that this was not possible - contradicting what was advertised. This isn't the first time I’ve encountered such inconsistency, but I sincerely hope it will be the last.

I strongly urge Starbucks Malaysia to properly inform and train all participating outlets to ensure that promotions are honoured consistently and correctly, as per the stated T&Cs. Customers should not have to feel confused or let down at the counter.
