I have been a regular of this store for last many years since I work nearby. Never had a bad experience. Just recently I was little disappointed with one of the staff attitude. It was mainly my fault that I bought a water bottle and forgot it on the counter after payment. I only realized it when I was back. On my next visit which happened to be one week later, I asked if they can give me the water bottle that I paid forgot on the counter. The person on rye cashier very rudely denied. Really disappointed with the Subway outlet at Wisma UOA2. Went in just before 2pm on a weekday and they had already run out of lettuce — one of the most basic ingredients in a sandwich. Why didn’t include the outlet phone number. This outlet every time when I come say no mozzarella cheese like how many months you have been not stocking it back.
