PLEASE just eat anywhere else. I got rotavirus with liquid diarrhea just hours after eating food delivered from here. (See attached photos) SILA makan di tempat lain sahaja. Saya mendapat rotavirus dengan cirit-birit cecair hanya beberapa jam selepas makan makanan yang dihantar dari sini. (Lihat gambar yang dilampirkan) Read below for more (optional) ------ Over the years on Google Maps I have tried my best to highlight places that have treated me well. I am usually not interested in leaving poor reviews. However, what happened to me here was a nightmare. For context, I am from Singapore and I was staying in an Airbnb. I ordered from this restaurant on 29th May 11:39pm, on Grab. I ate this meal around midnight (12am). At the time I felt that the food tasted quite stale- the chicken biryani tasted off, and the curry was almost tasteless. I didn't want to waste the food, so I just forced myself to finish it, no matter how unpleasant it was. Shortly after 7am, I finished watching a movie and went to bed. I had a vivid nightmare where I had stomach pains, and in the nightmare I soiled myself and the ground below me more than once. When I woke up my stomach still hurt. I spent the next few hours passing bright yellow and strong-smelling liquid diarrhea, before vomitting up around half a liter of curry and other food. The vomitting went on for so long I had to hold my breath a bit while doing it. After a few more hours of sitting on the toilet, I finally decided to get my family to buy me adult diapers so I could hold it in and get to a doctor. I presented to the emergency room of Assunta Hospital exhausted and in pain. My skin was pale. I was probably hypoglycemic at that point. Hypo- meaning low. Glyce- from ancient Greek, the origin of the word glucose. When the admitting nurse asked me how many times I used the bathroom, I told her I lost count. At the hospital, I got an IV dose of medicine and a stool test. I don't know why it is listed as "brown" when it was bright yellow liquid. One of the nurses who wasn't aware of my case even asked if it was a urine sample when he looked over. After that, me and my family decided to head back to Singapore because we couldn't handle the logistics of staying in Kuala Lumpur. It was too costly to book another hotel, and one of us had a competition to attend. After a horrible 10 more hours or so of stopping at a lot of rest stops along the highway and a lot of use of the diapers, me and my family made it back to Singapore. Where it got worse. First my sister started having diarrhea and vomitting. Then my mom, then my dad. I was so paranoid about never letting anyone contact my feces but it turns out, rotavirus can spread through saliva. Now my whole family has it, and hours ago I had to consult my family doctor and get more medicine for all of them. I have never seen my energetic and talkative sister and mother so sick, tired and weak. The two of them could barely move or talk. I'm finally recovering now, but sleeping has been difficult, and my appetite was horrible for the past few days. Today, 4th June, will be my 6th day living with this disgusting virus. Obviously I cannot say I am 100% sure this restaurant is what caused me to suffer for 6 days. The virus can come from the factories where the food was handled, or somewhere else entirely. However, I will say that I am at least 99% sure this place is the cause, because all signs point towards here. None of this would have happened if I just chose a different restaurant to order biryani from that day. If you have read this far, thank you... and please consider eating somewhere else.

Came here for the music. But ended having dinner. Above average northern Indian food. Good attentive service. The place was clean and does not have the usual musty bar smell. 2 thumps up for that. The food was delicious and above average portion size. Very enjoyable. Love the chicken and mutton varuval and the aloogobi and their palak paneer. The vegie briyani is delicious and so are their naan. Chewy with the charred flavour. They have a life band on Thurs. playing English favourites.
