Moghul Mahal Restaurant @ Brickfields — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I went there last week as this is one my favourite restaurants for North Indian food. Been there at least 5 x but this time I did not have a favourable review of the place. They were short handed (no fault of theirs) but when we did order and the waiter repeated it to us we were sure it would be all good. However when the dishes came they had given us three orders of naan when we only ordered two. The waiter said it was a mistake and if we wanted the extra one which if course we had already taken a piece from there so we said its okay. We could always pack it back. However when we went to pay they told us there were four naan and not three( not even two our initial order). Imagine having to pay for the extra naan which we didn't order and they shrugged it off like it wasn't a big deal on their part for the mistake. Never again. the food may be good but the honesty and service is something they should look into. Maybe business may be good for them now but if these mistakes keep coming up they will get one star reviews in...

I am very old customer of this restaurant but still they don't know us becoz they don't have friendly behaviour and from long time i am having very bed experience, they are increasing price very high but decreasing quality and many times they sent old sweets after many times of my reques....they just started ghewar sweet and have ordered 2 times but sent freezing ghewar not fresh , last year price was 16 rm per pcs and this year they are selling in 25 rm with poor poor quality, they always worried for money transfer first and send bill immediately, sounds like that we would be running away without paying their money....too costly and poor quality.....don't waste your time and money...I am done with this...

Went there on Deepavali morning. All tables were empty, so we were the only family who visited. Ordered masala tea and it took them 28mins to arrive and that too only after we approached them to serve the drinks first at least. And the food came after 35mins of ordering, just Chapatti and few kulcha. The Chapatti wont be served with dhal/gravy it seems so it must be ordered separately. So basically my chapatti costed RM 3 and my chicken gravy was RM 30.
