The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.03. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!04. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.08. I needed a quick, cheap overnight stay near KL Sentral to get to KLIA the next morning; this met the requirements. Location was good; don't be wrongly detoured by Google Maps, go though the NU Sentral Mall and exit on the other side. Advise you take ground level so that you are on the street side, then take turns on the applicable streets. It's pretty well marked, can't miss it.The room was alright, definitely spacious for a solo traveller. Small work desk next to the window, with another table with amenities. AC is powerful, so it can get cool, but can also get some lighting from the large windows. The washroom was dated, especially the shower area. The water stream would be a bit uneven, when initially turning = no water, then blasts once past a certain point. Ensure that you properly ventilate. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and professional. Apparently there's the occurrence of guests taking stuff, so I noticed an itemized list of items in the room and their price should it be taken...Not sure if there are any other amenities in the place.
