Which is ridiculous having been to several natural wine bar in KL and this range should give a decent selection. Perhaps improving on your customer service would be to make pricing transparent so we limit the back and forth convo about the budget? you should not discredit a person that way. The female sommelier is great at introducing wines, she takes her time explaining to us as weāve never tried natural wine before and have had not show any ārubbishā attitude towards me or anyone when i was around. Plus after all the explanations she even told us to take our time and chose a low price bottle for us to try first to have a feel of natural wines first.
