Where do I even begin, what a disaster. (1) To be frank we should've read the warning signs all over before ordering, we seated and waited for an extended period before the menus are even provided. Half way through deciding, staff comes and tell us many items that are in the menu which were not specifically crossed out are unavailable, the staff comes and go and keeps needing us to repeat our order, clearly not paying attention. Forgot to take orders for drinks until we reminded them to take the order. (2) Then the waiting time for the food to arrive was simply inexcusable, the food was not served together, the kai-lan we ordered took the longest time to arrive, around 15 minutes after we finished the other dishes. (3) The staff doesn't take much note or attention even after we alerted the staff about the kai-lan not arriving, and just reassuring us that's it is on the way when we still have a long wait ahead, all the other seats are getting their Vege and is just us, really unacceptable, the staff also don't even feel at all apologetic, didn't provide refund is fine, not even an apology? Where's manners? (4) With the long wait, you'll expect the food to be at least quite nice, while its quite the contrary unfortunately, it was decent at best and just down right bad if I'm being honest. It's not something I'd expect from a price tag of RM20+ per dish: A) The lemon fried chicken we ordered was under seasoned and the chicken lacked much taste at all, overpowered by the lemon, B) The kai-lan was just salty, too much msg. C) The others didn't stand out as particularly bad worth noting, but it's just normal.
(5) The price was too expensive for the quality we get, the portion size was extremely small as well.
3/10 wouldn't recommend if there was an alternative, but definitely still doable if it's your last resort and it's not poisonous or dirty that'll actively do harm to...
