The security guards here were very friendly and helpful, but the bartenders I found to be very rude and unwelcoming. First of all there’s a 15% service charge on top of all the drink prices, even if you order from the bar. So a beer is actually around 45RM. Nextly I went with a group tour who got a welcome cocktail on arrival with our wristband but I did not realize that at the time. I ordered a beer first of all, which was fine, but then when the tour leader said I could take a free cocktail, I went to ask the bar which selection I could choose from. I said hello I’m with the group so I think I can get a welcome cocktail? And he immediately yelled at me “you ordered a beer that’s your problem not mine”. I was really shocked, I said, I’m wondering what cocktail I can have, and he said “No you ordered a beer so you had to pay” he was yelling at me, even though I was not complaining I was just trying to take my cocktail. I realised that he had intentionally not informed me of the cocktail to begin with, and it made me very sad that I had paid service charge only to be spoken to like I am a piece of rubbish, when I had no problem paying to begin with. Actually, I choose this restaurant coincidentally, I and my girlfriend just hang around in this area and feel hungry, so we decided to stop by this place.
