ZUS Coffee - Micasa Shoppes, Jalan Tun Razak — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I find it weird that they close down super early I came with a pack with 10 and wanted to get something to drink and the malay lady inside said we are close in a very rude manner we wanted to say that the sign saya 9pm will be closed but why close down early but we knew we won't get a reply with that face and attitude of hers she also never let extra customers to get in as well I wanna know why promise a shop that will open at 9pm but close down this early I wanted to try zus coffee for the first time but it seems to be my first and last never drinking zus coffee ever please pick staff that will tc of the customer and benifits the company not out you...

this is one of the WORST Zus outlets. i’ve read a similar experience from another customer with the same issues as me. and the issues are the same across ALL the drinks and the multiple orders i’ve made.

Velvet Crème latte with NO velvet crème?? “less sugar” option but it tastes like MORE sugar? i don’t know who manages or owns this branch but your measurements are OFF. terrible.

All the workers are so friendly so its a bit hard for me to scold them or make a big fuss. However, i have been coming to this branch nearly 10 times already and they hardly ever get my order correct. Ice velvet creme? Given without creme and it was basically just a plain latte. Less sugar? Tastes like more sugar. Added extra velvet creme? Gave whipped cream. This happens nearly every time. I hope they will be more ALERT in the future.
