The vibes were nice yes, but to be honest seeing your staff dancing around at the "bar" area while waiting our drinks for almost 30 minutes is unfair. To add on to that, you require your customers to pay for their drinks first before receiving it, When we decided to leave we went over to the bar to ask about our drinks and all we got was an arrogant answer replying as if you don't even care about making the drinks and was just expecting customers to get fed up and leave without taking their drinks, in addition we ask you politely about drinks and you decided to make us wait even longer when we were standing right Infront you watching you make our drinks. Don't blame the customers for being rude when your service in the first place is really bad. Understand the works of karma. You received these type of reviews don't go hating on them, learn from them. Stay away from this tourist trap until they get better if ever. I had the most awesome experience watching the AnakHantu fire show performance. They are skilled, brave, talented and friendly. The fire show is done in the open space at the Cenang Beach and anyone can just watch the show for free. However, one can also sit on the bean bags that are scattered on the beach and is cordoned off with a tape. Entry is free and one only needs to buy drinks priced @RM15 per drink when one sits on the bean bag. You can pay more as a token of appreciation for the performers. We went in at 8.15pm waiting for the show to start at 9pm. Order drinks (compulsory 2 drinks=RM30). Unfortunately, it started to rain at 9pm so the show was cancelled. The crew said it will start once the rain stopped however if you exit from the place and tries to re-enter again you have to order drinks again lol so need to spend for another RM30? My suggestion is to issue a receipt once drink ordered so the crew should have just let people w receipt to re-enter w/o need to order drinks. Staff is nice, drinks are good too!
