Instead of customers having to interrupt you while you're busy making drinks to ask for one, and you have to rummage around underneath the counter while customers wait and orders are not being made and it disrupts the smooth flow of the day, just make life easy for everyone, including yourself, and letak st-rrrrrrraaaaaaaaaws dekat counter macam tempat lain.
Different shifts have better and more professional service, so hopefully you drop by when the better staff are around.
Some kids working in F&B are graduates of the Hattan School of Communication, and if you don't want to embarrass them by advising them on how not to be typical Malays in 2024 because there are non-Malays standing nearby observing the interaction and they werent trained better, just ask for a napkin/tissue and say it loudly like this: "Mintak naaapkiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnn or tiiiiiissuuuuuuuuuuuuue."

ย ย ย Read moreWe were very disappointed, wasting our time and fooled by Starbucks coffee because my husband received a birthday voucher from Prudential Assurance in December for free cake and coffee from Starbucks Coffee. When we went to one of the Starbucks outlets in 1 Utama, they informed us that they don't provide that service and directed us to a Starbucks Signature outlet nearby. So we went to the Starbucks Reserve outlet and were told that the cake was not available. I asked if we could just have coffee, but they said NO (NO CAKE, NO COFFEE). They can only serve the complimentary coffee together with the cake when the cake is available. Then I asked when the cake would be available. They told us about 4 pm. We waited until 4:30 pm, but the cake was still not available yet. We had no choice but to leave the outlet.
In February, I also received the same voucher from Prudential Assurance, so I went to the same outlet and they told us the same story.

ย ย ย Read moreI went there and took out my credit card and onecard for staff. After paid I was waiting for my card back, she only returned my credit card and didn't return my onecard to me. I also forgot, so from new wing I walked until old wing carpark, then only realized. I had to purposely go back to take my card and I was in rushed for another appointment. I didn't even hear a word of sorry. And when I think back, she was slowly staplering her receipt but to do her job properly n make sure to return everything to customer. We both have wrong, but I believe if let say at other shop the cashier won't forget to return the card to customer. And if it happens, it's either they would chase after u like HEY Miss u forgot ur card! OR I'm sure at least when I mentioned that I walked so far n came back and I got an appointment to rush, at least I would heard a word of sorry. But NOPE! The attitude, mehh.. ๐ also, the mint chocolate frappe is bitter than what I usually have in the past years.. and not enough mint taste.. the ratio...
