As two Canadians travelling in Malaysia for the first time we were thrilled to find this wonderful spot.
As mentioned in so many reviews, the staff here are welcoming and kind. If you need advice on Sabah and KK, Victor is a wealth of information freely given. All the other staff are super to deal with as well.
And the coffee is simply outstanding. It took us no time at all to become addicted to the butter roast style of coffee beans - so smooth and rich with zero acidity.
Their pulled tea is wonderful as well - highly recommended. We also tried the famous Three Layer Tea. It was prepared perfectly, but is just too sweet for our taste.
Their Kaya Toast is delicious - they make their coconut egg jam in house - and their afternoon satay is really well done. The peanut sauce in particular is worthy of special note. It’s known as one of the better satay offerings in the neighbourhood.
These folks were a daily refuge for us for our 10 days in KK. It’s really popular with locals and makes for great people watching.
Prices: 2 coffee and 2 toast - 8.20 RM 8 satay- 17.50 RM
