I had a bad experience in Pizza Hut IOI City mall, Putrajaya. I am regular customer there and I am a pure vegetarian. I ordered veg pizza and carbonara pasta which I was told as vegetarian with no meat. But the person got a pasta with meat. I called and told it is not vegetarian. He told he will get a new one without meat. Within 2 minutes he got the same one removing the meat. Fortunately I saw the meat pieces inside the pasta. I called him n asked it it was really a new one and he was bluffing me saying it’s a new one. I showed him the meat pieces and he agreed he brought the same old one removing the meat. I called the manager and she was dying that the guy was on training and I don’t see she was not apologizing wholeheartedly. I had a lot of respect on Pizzahut which I lost today. Read moreI just walk off from Pizza Hut ioi city mall putrajaya branch after been sitted for almost 45mins(including standing at the entrance waiting for a welcome by staff but didnt happen).
I still managed to be patient(my wife is pregnant and wanted to eat pizza).
After made choices and waiting for the staff to pick order, i saw a group just come by and sit while the staff passing the menu. So there it is, after few mins(10mins to be sure), one of the staff coming and getting the order for the latest group. I told them that i sit there for 45 minutes but the staff dont even take it noted.
So with my capacity that can convince my big family, circle of friends, and also if anyone that talking about pizza hut, I'll tell the bad out of it.
p/s:- there was no complain form at the service...
