Texas Chicken IOI City Mall — Restaurant in Sepang

I hardly leave any reviews on food or outlets but this time i'm unsatisfied with one guy in black uniform. i'm a regular at Texas Chicken. First of all, we ordered 2 sets of 2-piece chicken combo meal and requested particularly for thigh and breast part for both sets. somehow, the cashier keyed in wrongly and when the set came, it was drumstick for both sets.so i politely requested if it could be exchanged for thigh but the guy in black uniform who served was not happy. he raised his voice saying that it was the correct order but i insisted that i wanted both thigh and breast. He reluctantly took my tray and threw the drumsticks back and took both thighs in visible frustration. I even thanked him loudly and not a single word of "Welcome" was heard and i was ignored. To the manager or the outlet owner, if this is their working attitude, please rectify ur staff and manage them. You are in the service line, you cannot show tantrums like a child while serving...

order for take out took me one hour to wait for my order staff didn’t even care to ask about my order while i’m standing n waiting for my order in front of the counter cuz it took so long when someone after me received their orders first what’s the use of your order board btw…suddenly my number on the board gone without even being call out n not even yet prepared my order when being asked all they said is that the fries isn’t ready when i saw all the dine in order get the privilege first i understand that but waiting for hours just nonsense cuz there were less customers past 9pm when asked to exchange the answer is no cuz it our policy i understood that but y ur male staff in the counter didn’t help out instead when his the one that take my order instead past it to someone else to handle the situation so unprofessional really disappointed will never order take out from this store anymore i went there on 17/2/24 at 8:05pm received my...

17 Sept 2025....there is a flaw in yr system. Ordered thru app for takeaway. Food came without drink. Told yr staff ( the smallest staff on that day who clearly lacks experience and personality). He asked for receipt, then gave me 3 empty cups. I asked for plastic, come on la, its common sense la to give plastic, how to carry 3 drinks on one hand and the rest of the orders on the other hand. He gave me only 1 plastic to put all 3 drinks. Then I ask for one more plastic. Just wondering, if I ordered hv 5 drinks for take away, I hv to do all by myself? Why can't for takeaway orders, you guys fill in the cups and tie it nicely in plastics. And as for your staffs, please la tell them to smile. They are no more taking orders since replaced by machine, their job is to just pack the foods, that one also cannot do properly. Waiting for the day these job also to be replaced...
