We ordered 2 steak meal, one milkshake and one kids meal for lunch. One is striploin steak and another is rib eye steak. Gosh the striploin steak was absolutely horrible i got a toothache from it. It was so so so hard eventho they cooked it medium (as requested). I mean literally so so hard! Ribeye was slightly better, chewable but still hard. The steak was mediocre too, thank god the peppercorn sauce was decent (but you have to add on +RM5 for sauce, or else they give you plain steak. Side dishes was all good, no complain on that one. Kids meal was okay, fries and fish a bit oily tho i had to dab it with tissue and wipe the plate using tissue to absorb the excess oil. Milkshake was decent. Honestly, that would be the last time i am eating there. TGI Friday serves way much better steak and they will replace/adjust it if there was complain, price-wise is on the same range too. I was a fan of Tony Roma's ever since they opened their very first outlet in The Curve Mutiara Damansara (no longer open), I believe management changed many years back. I came to this outlet to give it a try. The price has increased quite a fair bit. Most importantly I wanted to try their ribs again. I'm glad to say it is still as good as last time. Though I no longer see the Short Ribs on the menu anymore, that was my favourite. I also don't see the starter's mix platter on the menu anymore. The mojo chicken, fish and fries, spaghetti was ordinary. The mushroom soup was abit lumpy. Luckily the Ribs saved the day. The waiter Thagendra was also quite helpful. Noticing that we were not that happy with the soup, he gave us a complimentary ice cream. That's the other pleasant thing for us, so i gave 5 star for the service. The other waiters I think were newbie and couldn't accomodate us for 1 more complimentary bread when we were taking some time struggling to try to order using the handphone.
