As a loyal customer, my yesterday visit to this restaurant was thoroughly disappointing.
Despite the absence of other customers, the waitress was absorbed in her phone, displaying blatant disregard for our presence. Her discourteous attitude persisted as she haphazardly tossed the menu onto our table and resumed her phone activities. Multiple calls were necessary before another waiter took our order, which unfortunately arrived with an incorrect menu item. Opting to avoid further hassle, we refrained from requesting a correction.
The payment process was equally frustrating, with the waitress neglecting to return our change, leaving us shortchanged without notice.
I strongly urge the management to address these concerning issues. Prospective patrons should be cautious of the poor service and unwelcoming attitudes. Sadly, this establishment no longer merits a Michelin Guide recommendation, evident in the declining food quality and service. The unpleasant experience was further compounded by an off-putting odour upon entering the restaurant.
Adding to the disappointment, the restaurant had no customers upon our arrival, and one would expect better service given the circumstances. Initially, I wondered why there were no customers at the prime dinner hour of 7 pm, and now it becomes clear why. This all together creates an exceptionally awful dining experience that, regrettably, marks the end of our visits to this...
Read moreI'm removing 1 star for their inconsistency when it comes to flavour and freshness of their clams. They're a reknowned clam noodle stall operator located in KL who have recently expanded into several brances from KL to this one in Puchong. The soup broth for their clam noodles aka lala bihun can vary from amazing to sub-par and being not worth the visit. The wait however is never too long with decent quality of service. Parking can however be a hassle as there are no parkings located close to the store, the nearest parking would be the outside parking located in front of the shoplots where you'll have to make a 5 mins walk to the restaurant. It does however taste similar to the KL branch so if you're feeling too lazy to travel all the way to KL just for a bowl of lala bihun, then this is the...
Read moreI seldom write a review, but I am kind of disappointed this time. I am a regular customer and have been supporting them since the price started at RM 12 (before tax and service charge) until it increased to RM 15 (before tax and service charge). The price has increased again, now RM 17.50 (with tax and service charge) and the amount of Lala is getting lesser and isn't that fresh (so pathetic ). It's overpriced, and the quality has dropped ever since they obtained Michelin recognition. The soup isn't that tasty anymore.
Not worth it for this price. I believe there are plenty of other choices in the market.
When you increase the price of a restaurant's food, the "quality and quantity" must...
