Who’’d a thunk it??? Wasabi is a wonderful restaurant in Tijuana with really great Japanese food! My partner is Japanese and we worked in Japan, so I think we’re qualified to comment. The waiters are young Chinese guys who only speak Spanish, Chinese and some English, and they’re just incredibly efficient and friendly. The food is delicious, with authentic Japanese food and some Asian fusion dishes that are really delicious. Read moreWe were exhausted from our trip and wanted to eat somewhere close to our hotel. We walked to Wasabi and my husband spoke to Leo to see if they could make a dish without meat, dairy or eggs. He suggested a shrimp dish without the shrimp and fried rice. They don’t make their fried rice with egg, so that’s what we had and I don’t think it could have been better!
